Welcome to Scholastic Chess!
Parents and chess kids, we have assembled this Scholastic section for you, so that you’ll have one place to easily access information on chess play, upcoming tournaments, chess camps and clubs, and results. The Introduction and Articles provide a solid basis for understanding tournament play, while the FAQ and Ask/Answer sections are designed to answer questions posed by many chess beginners and their parents and include an interactive component so that we can respond to a unique question or situation. Enjoy!
